What to write to us about

  • Corrections: a fee, date, register entry or decision that has changed. Please include the page address and a link to the source so we can check it quickly.
  • Regulatory updates: a new law, licence round, guidance note or enforcement decision you think we should cover, with the official document if possible.
  • Press and citation questions: how to quote or attribute our pages.

What we cannot help with

We do not offer consultancy, licence applications, company formation, legal opinions or introductions to operators, suppliers or payment providers, and we cannot comment on individual player disputes. For a dispute with a gambling company, contact the company first and then the complaints or ADR route named by its regulator; our licensing comparison explains where to look.

Before you write

Many questions are already answered on the site. Licence fees and register links for each regime are in the licensing comparison; country-level tax and advertising rules sit on the markets pages; and recent fines are logged in the enforcement tracker. If a term in a regulator’s guidance is unfamiliar, the glossary may help. When you report a change, the most useful message names the page, quotes the sentence that is out of date, and links the official notice, register entry or gazette publication that replaced it. We aim to check every correction against its source before replying, which can take a few working days for long documents.

We do not accept paid placements or sponsored articles, so please do not send advertising proposals. How we handle corrections is described in our editorial policy, and what happens to your email is covered by the privacy policy.
